The idea here is for WATMM to remix/cover the music of a video game related topic, be it a specific game, franchise, console, genre, etc.

So I aggregated all the ideas that people mentioned in the previous topic and now we have the choices present in the poll. Please vote for your favourites and we will whittle this list down for the first round of Bracketology.

Get voting!

I will keep this open for 4ish days and then aggregate the topics with the most votes.

was tempted to vote zelda/dk, but those games already have sick music so it'd be kinda too easy, y'know?

also there was already a watmm megaman comp

voted for vectorman man because i've never heard of it & don't intend to look it up, but the name makes me picture a very specific kind of music

This is pretty bogus. What about C64/Amiga music?

And we could release the best remixes on tape...

For what it's worth I have added that to the poll since it is still early and I agree, not including it is an oversight. Change your votes!

Thanks OP

Clearly they should be released as .mod files on floppy disk.

i've gone with c64/amiga - never had one but I love those oscillator sounds, never tried to make anything with those

"Whoa! Check it out! RO-BIGH-DUHS!"

sigh.. "That's Ribena.."

NP. The format we choose is another issue altogether, though I'm 98% sure it'll end up being a digital album. Ltd. Floppy Disk would be great though :p
