So an abandoned fort at the mouth of the Thames estuary could be crowd funded into becoming a 24 hour nightclub.

Worth a tenner of my money in case it happens!

Depending on which council it falls under, I can see plenty of people objecting to this, and getting to and from the venue won't be easy... But the no noise restrictions and location make it pretty damn idm.

there is absolutely no chance of it happening legally, but its a beautiful idea.

it could be done illegally though. but 750g is alot to splash out on an afterparty spot.

Hmm not too sure if I'm keen on fuckers still being able to get to it at low tide.

If it is far enough out it falls under no legal jurisdiction.

Can't see them deploying 200 river police boats to stop a temporary licensed rave.

If it was that far out you could just move in without buying it and no one would legally be able to stop you either.
