Yeah, I've been watching a lot of Antonioni films as of lately and they've really made an impression, they've really struck a chord with me, especially L'Eclisse and Il deserto rosso. I'd like to comment something about realism and fair depictions but I've got to go now, so I hope I can post something more meaningful later!

I keep meaning to watch more of his films, I'm more of a Bergman fan to be honest. I've got some interesting facts about Antonioni.

 

Did you know he was in competition with Ingmar Bergman for the span of their careers and the two of them died on the exact same day...
