Love this track. The most fun track on the album (followed closely by Syro).

I could dance to this shit endlessly. So much groove, such fun. Many modular. Wow.

sry

Any reason to think there's a relation between this track and Drukqs' track "Bit 4" or maybe even "4" from the RDJ Album? I don't hear anything, but the thought occurred to me...

At 00:57, is that burping I hear in the background...?

Yeah, lots of it including one big timestretched+downpitched one

I LOVE this track ever since the 2007 live outing BUT....

... jesus I find the blurpy stabs from 3.02 very annoying and unnecessary. I;d filter em out if I could....

Fav track right now, but agreed.

Wow really? I thought that part was great, especially how the track ends with them on their own.

i only listened to this track once on youtube and the quality was poor

this track clicked after PAPAT4 did, but wow, that part before the 1/2 mark w/ the voice, holy shit

it's my fav track from Syro, the groovy middle part is amazing,

this blurbs is RDJ identity,

on almost every of his tunes, there is always a foreigner sound, nothing is always 100% perfectly slick

it's his signature, so yeah i love this imperfection, it makes it more perfect

I'm not sure what is so offensive about the chord stabs. Is it because they are catchy?

not the chord stabs. it's the percussive "blap"s.

I don't mind em but also not surprised people are pointing them out :P

i can only describe the "stabs" as something i would hear in a fennesz track (vibraphone?)

they're lovely

Haha people seem to be confusing the lovely windowlicker-y klonky bits (which have a tune) with the farty/gurgly stabs (same sound/note each time). Not at all the same thing.

We need better words for these things.

lovely windowlicker-y klonky bits (which have a tune) = stabs

farty/gurgly stabs (same sound/note each time = blaps.

I already posted about how much I liked the part from 3:21-3:59 in the "awesome syro moments" thread.

But...

Did anyone else notice Richard's voice singing the melody quite beautifully with the keyboards? That phrase only is played twice and he only sings on the first. I'm a big Enya fan and it totally reminds me of Enya. It's pretty cool.
