Do any of you Music Makers live near Riverside California?

Hey Guys,i Live in the City of Perris (Unfortunately), and i was curious to know if anyone would be interested in performing.

There is basically no art in my town, being that i am surrounded by a bunch of philistines, so i would like to take it upon myself (again) to throw a show in my town for the first time in 10 years.

This will be a free show located next to the Perris Library at the Gazebo.

I grew up in Palm Springs. In 2011 when I was still living there I played a show at a venue called Space 120, was good fun. The Coachella Valley is still pretty bereft of culture, but it's starting to develop more of a scene I think. Mostly it seems dubstep/rave dominant. I'm in the Bay area now, so I won't be able to make this, but good call putting something together! So cal's small towns need more people like you trying to breathe life into them.

I live in LA. I don't currently have a band or a live setup, but I do spin old-school jungle (all vinyl).

If there are decks, I may just be down :)

That's exactly what i am trying to do in this town, breathe some life into it, although it may not be the biggest turn out, but at least i'll be able to compile a bunch of artists to play their own original material!

word, i'll keep that in mind for sure!

I used to live in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga; now I'm in San Diego. I haven't exactly been focusing on music lately, but I was working on a live set about a year ago; I'm definitely interested in the concept. I could possibly put something together in time.

I am looking into performance near the end of this year or the first quarter of next year. I live in SF though.

I could definitely make an SF date, or maybe something more up north. I'm in Santa Rosa btw, about 50 miles north of SF. keep us posted.

Yeah... there's still alot of pockets of wierdness, but plenty of grid-like homes and apartments if that's a person's taste (my parents, etc). I'm a bit over the heat and the cost of living personally; doubtful I'll move any time soon though.
