Voice Over Request - Poetry Reading

There has to be some of you out there with a decent microphone and speaking voice. I want to incorporate a short poetic reading for an ambient music project I'm working on, but my english enunciation is horrible. It's a short text that reads like a fable/religious text and should clock in at about 2 minutes.

I've tried it with a few amateurs but they really rush through it and read it like a dramatic story, which doesn't work well as the accompanying music material will be very slow and sparse ambient. I am a bit short on cash but am looking at a ballpark of $30 for the buyout rights, and full credit of course - keep in mind this is just a small, independent and personal project, and the reading shouldn't be anything fancy, just straightforward, as calmly and softly as possible. My only request is that the sound quality is good, WAV quality with a minimum of background noise and the likes. I produce voice overs at my job, so if you receive a voice over recording where the recording is a bit on the shit side, let me know and I'll master it for you...
