So I dunno if it was cos it fell on a Friday night this year but Halloween in Shibuya was absolutely insane. I'm not quite sure the police (or anyone) expected it to be as mad as it was - and I honestly can't see the authorities allowing it to be as intense next year. It's Tokyo's version of Carnival.
