In FL you can right click a knob and copy/paste the value, but what's cool is that you can just as well copy/paste this value in notepad or whatever

which is cool if you subtly and precisely wanna offset some LFO's or summink.

So you can just paste copied text values back to knobs as well then? That's pretty fresh. 10 years later, still learning.
