Not to mention all those cables and interface to sync them all up. Is this guy just really rich or is this all grant money?

Maybe he rented them or borrowed from a studio or something, I doubt he bought a hundred cameras

It's probably a university or research institute's kit that he's booked time to use. These are very cool
