The hots for a deaf girl....

Recommended Posts

I'm currently in full on flirt mode with a deaf girl via snapchat, fb etc...........but i'm worried that my musical life - gigging, listening, making mixes, making tracks, my musical buddies etc cannot intersect much with her life so not sure how its gonna work out,

Any thoughts or experiences with this? Anyone got deaf friends/relatives can shine some light on it? She is HOT though!

A friend of mine is partially deaf, I once asked him if he likes listening to music and he said he couldn't hear all the details people talk about but the vibration from heavy bass in some tracks makes him able to sense the beat and tempo etc., thus helping him get an idea of what kind of song it is and stuff. Not really much help but I thought I might as well say something...

Plenty of pros here too:

You'll be able to listen to whatever you like in the car.

You'll be able to make music late at night without wearing headphones.

She won't criticise your stuff.

She'll mispronounce things and sometimes that will be really funny.

Job's a goodun.

Is she full-on deaf or just partial? Born with it or developed it? There's probably a big difference between those categories in terms of how she can comprehend music etc

there is a group of death people who come to dance at my techno night because we have a big 25k rig they love the bass from.

could be the a blessing in disguise, when it comes to relationships sometimes its a good thing that your significant other isn't within the same world that you inhabit, in fact it can be a great thing because when you are with her you are forced to take a break from it and focus on the the simpler things like just being with one another...if anything it will only make you happier to do your music on the side and hanging with your musical friends will feel all the more fun

I'd love to meet a deaf girl. My shit taste in music has been the primary factory in my lack of success with women. That and my mean jokes, poor dress sense, ugly looks, small penis and anxiety issues.

Take a good look at yourselves.

Actually, don't bother you're all too wrapped up in your own ridiculousness to see how mental this thread is.

Yeah... while I think the OP was genuinely asking for advice, it quickly got WATMMed™ and thus...
