Do you ever make or listen to music for a few hours straight and at the end of the day you feel like you never want to listen to anything again, because pretty much everything sounds dull and annoying?

I was wondering if any of you have ever felt the same and have some music or techniques to share that gets you back on your feet in those situations.

Here's some music that has rehabilitative properties for me:

toshiya tsunoda releases some interesting field recordings,. not strictly music, but there are some often interesting sounds which are good to bounce back on and put your brain at a state of ease after a long run of complex music. i feel that even some ambient music can be too busy, with the exception of some drone tracks ( stone in focus is quintessentialy anti-busy )
