What are your thoughts on these devices?



Do you think they're a smart invention, or totally unnecessary? Let's hear your honest opinions.

My honest opinion is that I don't give a shit, I think it's just a device for people who like selfies.

My opinion is that it's shit only stupid people buy.

Whoever invented them is probably loaded now.

Whoever uses them looks like an absolute bellend.

My mate calls them a c**tstick lol

Narcissism needs a little extra room.

How do these things even work? I'm assuming there's some kind of mechanism on the grip that taps the photo button the side of phones? Either that, or you'd need some kind of self-timer app.

I think some of them work via bluetooth

Something like that came to mind too. I remember in third grade some kid in my class had a plastic Terminator hand that he could move the fingers on. Naturally, he tested out its ability to flip people off.

I think people who criticize a device designed to allow people to take good pictures of themselves and their company while doing something somewhere are really stupid. I have especially low opinion of people who make such an effort to criticize others for something so silly.

To be fair as a member of this forum I was asked my opinion. I see a lot of selfie-stick and selfie hate everywhere. It's dumb.
