Children in Manila rounded up & kept in cages, so they don't bother the Pope

Not trying to be a SJW, but seeing children abused always riles me. Child abuse in some parts of Asia is beyond abysmal, some parents outright sell their kids as sex slaves, or traded for food/goods. The little girl handcuffed to a pole will keep me awake tonite.
