That is so odd. I like him though. Need to check it out at night time, might be more fitting then.. Still a bit weird. The dude? Ambient? I'll have to drink a White Russian to that.

I remember a while ago someone explaining to me the concept of ASMR and the only thing I could remember that might have ever caused that kind of experience for me was listening to an interview of Jeff Bridges talking. Nice

As an ambient/drone guy I approve Jeff. Definitely some nice tones and textures in there. I kinda like hearing him talk too. haha

This is great! Not sure how much of this is sincerely his work or marketing, but it's great nonetheless.

It's definitely very fancy marketing by squarespace, but it's well done.

It definitely ties the room together. Saw Jeff play last year, he did two hours straight!

Hmm might have to check this out, I bet the dude has got some good stories to share, and if put over some nice field recordings that could be cool

Sounds like Jeff supplied the field recordings and a musician/producer or a few of them went to town manipulating material Jeff gave them and adding melodic backdrops.

The stuff uploaded to youtube isn't half bad, I'll definitely have to give the full thing a listen. Jeff Bridges' voice is perfect for this sort of thing, I could listen to him talk all day.

This is very nice. I listened to it yesterday just before I had to teach, and it was probably the calmest class I ever conducted in my life. I like the charitable aspect of it, too. Just bought the tape.

This is cool but not really an ambient album, more like spoken word with background sounds.
