nevermind, already found it. Why didn't the Netherlands have something as cool as this on TV?! I've been missing out!

this is the best mystery track/worth identifying track imo. It could even be a composite of a buncha songs, I dunno?

it was on youtube and might still be but a quick search turned up nothing so itz probably under a different name now

i stress this is not a ragnartrack in disguis

I've been humming this thing all week and can't for the life of me find it again. It sounds really obvious but still can't figure it out. Might be Aphex or some other copy cat on Soundcloud, who knows?.

I've tried my best to replicate the melody, it's a bit off but hopefully the rhythm of the notes is more helpful. Here it is:
