what do you guys like on your pancakes? i'm all about nutella personally. maybe strawberries too if i'm feeling posh.

Can't beat the classic.

Also; make the batter mix atleast half an hour before and sit in the fridge, because the starch has had more time to absorb the liquid, and air bubbles to disperse....

this used to be my favourite too until i was corrupted but the nutty chocolate goodness that is nutella. it's like an orgasm in a jar.

Always had my pancakes with strawberry jam and whipped cream. Not really a huge eater of them, so never thought to experiment.

Crepes with bananas, Greek yogurt and maple syrup will make you praise tha lawd

traditionally, we have our pancake with reddish, blueish and greenish things in it.

Peanut Butter and Nutella/Strawberry Jam.

I've broken it slightly and go for a savoury main and a lemon and sugar for desert [well probably eat 10 in all]

Spinach + a cheese is nice. Or spinach + a cheese + fried mushrooms.

Bacon and maple syrup.

Lemon and sugar.

Will go for a chocolate and ice cream crepe if I'm on da continent but not on shrove Tuesday in the UK.

Gotta have some cheddar on a marmite pancake tbh.

lemon + sugar, followed by strawberry jam. I forgot it was pancake tuesday though, and have already had lunch, guess I'll have to have a pancake wednesday now.

No pancakes this year, wife is on a "no-dairy" thing to see if it helps with our sons reflux. Poor lad is on infant gaviscon 4 times a day to supplement his feeds.

Otherwise, I would be all over muscavado sugar and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Pro-tip:-

Once had tequila pancakes at a house party. Tequila Gold, Salt and Lime. Sounds hideous, and it was, until about the 3rd one when we added ice cream and it was decent from then on
