This thread is basically for all your successes, big and small.

I'll start: just had one of those satisfying poops where it feels that all that had to get out, got out.

I made it out of bed today.. took me a while.

Those poops are fantastic. Pooping can be strangely pleasurable. Prostate whaaat.

I got my scrotum extra clean today - I used an ordinary flannel and shower gel but I just scrubbed it harder than usual

it's a bit sore now but it's clean

ate an apple, so good.

Had to deliver a few training presentations at work today in front of groups of 20 people. I hate it, but I made it through and think I did a pretty good job.

swiped a parking space from some white trash in a double wide pickup truck. Fuck that guy.

I spent less than $200 on groceries for the month today.

first world achievements are usually benign, ironic and self-defeating

here we talk about ACTUAL achievements
