Long Day

really like that synth around 1:12. also hearing the guitar slide from fret to fret is nice. if you could highlight that somehow it could be interesting.

Just recorded the guitars again, properly - instead of though my macbook mic. Don't know why I didn't do that first time round tbh.

Thanks, I think that comes from composing it on guitar. Way more relaxing and therapeutic than fannying around on a computer...

Yes, I've found out that too recently! Composing on an acoustic instrument once in a while is a great relief from knobs. This way more simple melodies come out - more intuitive, more listenable. Great track btw, I really enjoyed it, followed you on SC too.

It's more relaxing isn't it? I almost forgot how much I enjoyed just sitting down, playing something over and over and just letting it develop organically - rather than approaching it like a puzzle on a sequencer or something. Glad you like anyway :)
