I'm currently looking for someone to develop the front end of my web app. Does anyone here have experience with freelancer marketplaces such as Elance, Guru etc.? I'm finding it very hard to seperate the wheat from the chaff...

 

Or actually maybe someone on Watmm fits the bill?

I am basically looking for someone to build the front end of our site in Jscript/Jquery according to the wireframes I've made and integrating it with ASP.net (consuming an ASMX SOAP web service - we'll provide API accesses). PM me if you'd like the full project specs?
