granty
From the Guardian: Progress M-27M vessel, which was carrying supplies to the International Space Station, is said to be out of control An unmanned Russian cargo spacecraft ferrying supplies to the International Space Station is plunging back to Earth and apparently out of control, according to AFP. The news agency has quoted an unnamed official familiar with the situation as saying: "It has started descending. It has nowhere else to go. It is clear that absolutely uncontrollable reactions have begun." There's a live blog of it's progress on the Guardian: http://www.theguardian.com/science/live/2015/apr/29/unmanned-russian-cargo-spacecraft-m-27m-falling-to-earth-live Edited April 29, 2015 by westhead Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide granty's signature Hide all signatures instagram.com/lo_five_ Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/87420-unmanned-russian-cargo-spacecraft-plummeting-to-earth/ Share on other sites

ambermonk
There must be good stuff inside. It's like a giant treasure chest falling from the sky I bet.The whole thing is like a lottery if you think about it, because we don't know where it's gonna land (yet). But whoever is in its path needs to get the hell out of the way first obviously. AJW
Don't worry, they're probably just trying to get back to earth post haste due to a particularly foul toilet incident onboard. I wouldn't go picking up any of those magical chocolate bars falling from the sky though.
