Very tasty, drukQsy in parts! The "AaiiiiiiEEEeeee" bassline type sound is particularly enjoyable. Perhaps more rhythmic fucking with the children talking sample during the first half would push it to the next level. Also, the talking samples are strangely absent from the second half.

Edit: Leukemia and Retinoblastoma are more childhood diseases with catchy names (if you needed more)!
