Like the title says, thought this would be interesting since people always talk about this in music reviews and such.

Coherent:

Com Truise - Galactic Melt

I was listening to this a while ago and I realized all the melodies are basically the same. Still love it though.

Incoherent:

Clark - Clarence Park

Piano, ambient and mad beats, what's not to like?

An example with the same producer

Very incoherent:

It's kind of subtle on the surface, as both of these are pulled from thousands of beats Madlib has made, but I've listened to both of this so many times that it's very apparent Madvilliany was made with the same vibes of samples (many are from his trip to Brazil) and after a lot of thought in overall sound and vague concept, whereas the second Quasimoto album is literally a grab-bag of tracks, often with disjointed transitions.

Stoked to watch OA II. The movement thing never bothered me, anyone familiar with Druidic studies will recognize the importance of movement to get to higher planes.
