Two great goal from the United-Scouse matchup.

Benteke's (credit where it's due, he took it wonderfully)

Martial's (superb, what poise for a 19 year old)

decent enough finish from Martial, atrocious defending from Skrtel though. wtf was he doing?

Benteke's was goal of the season so far though, incredible.

Martial lives up to being the "new Henry" with that goal. Looks exactly like him.

Makes me kind of jealous that Arsenal didn't sign him, but not for that price, that's a different discussion though.

If he scores half the goals that Henry did, for that price he's a fucking bargain in this ridiculous market.

A talent like Henry would have sold for world record prices.

Crazy - that last goal by Lewandowski was a peach.

Matt Ritchie scored possibly the goal of the season for Bournemouth. Virtually identical to James' strike against Uruguay.

The cutback at full speed, to set up and score even with a deflection makes it pretty.

I think it's more to do with him scoring an away goal after him being asked in an interview why he doesn't score more away goals.

The second draxler goal from today was quite good.

Here's that Ronaldo goal side by side with a similar one he scored back in the United days:

edit: That Draxler goal is lovely.

To score with a deflection makes it lucky, not pretty, you can see the deflection changes the trajectory of the ball upwards, making it a lot harder to save.

The deflection helped sure, I don't think the keeper was getting to it regardless.

The rest of it was pretty. The one he scored for us was even better.
