They pretty much are - I've never seen a waves plugin not on sale! I get email alerts almost every weekend from them saying a whole load of their things are at $29, then JRRShop tells me in their weekly newsletter, and then Audiodeluxe tells me !

Ha yea, they discount their stuff pretty regularly. as said above, they should just make them the standard prices, but I'm guessing piracy massively affects their revenue. as a man with very little money to speak of i find some of their prices pretty outrageous.
