Do you think that perhaps BOC heard this record back in 1990 and were so impressed they decided to make Nlogax?

String section reminds me of old aphex too.

I always just assumed those PTV 'compilations' were influential on those early Warp producers although I have yet to see any of them reference it. I think Aphex (and Vibert too iirc?) played some '88 PTV out live though, pretty sure it was this.

Every time this thread gets bumped I get completely distracted by memories of my youth. This remix album is that strong, that the mere glance at the song title is enough to make me reminisce a bit. I still have the cassette, so I grabbed my walkman and listened from start to finish. The inspiration to Nlogax? not sure about that but who knows.
