Lido Pigeon

This is the first time I've played any of these to anyone so any feedback would be very much appreciated thanks.

Lidolido: I'd change the bass synth. I like the melody just not the synth itself. I think the arrangement and the groove is nice, the melodies need some work though. Try making them more interesting by playing with effects and filters. Also up the volume of the vocal sample a couple of dB:s.

i really liked how the lead melody in the first one goes way up surprisingly and i do like the synth. I feel like the drums are too excessive or repetitive, though, but i'm probably wrong, and i'm not really any better with that.

Hey dude, great start. Particularly like the drum work and simplistic melody in the 2nd track. I think all you need to do is learn more about modulating the synths whilst they are looping, vary your drum patterns, look into more layers/melody counterpoints and make more tunes. The more you make the 'better' you'll get and the more you'll understand what type of music you want to make. Keep it up!

I particularly like the synths from 1:45ish onwards on lidolido, but I don't like the abrupt stop at 2:05. Agree the vocal sample could do with getting more presence in the mix.

Like the drums in both tracks but more variation would be nice as others have said.
