I like that DMX Krew video a lot, I watched it a couple times.

I mentioned it in another thread recently, and you do need to sign up for a (free) Tape Op subscription to read it, but this Gareth Jones interview i the new issue has a lot of really good stuff in it about how he approached production early on when is experience and resources were limited. Made me dig out the MEtamatic LP I've had kicking around for years, if nothing else.

I don't know what my favorite would be, but that was the most recent one that I read and liked.
