This first version of How to Disappear Completely is my preference to the recorded version; I had downloaded a copy of it from somewhere and wore it out, it sets me off into more of a trance than the 'final' version of the track.

oh come on man, i sorted out the gum in your waterworks, it should be all praise that great dleet guy.

A member of the non sequitairiate.

Also, any live videos of Atoms For Peace are much better than the album. Instead of capturing this dynamic, they frooty looped the shit out of it in the studio. I dunno why Thom wants to be Four Tet so bad but this shit rules.

my housemate says he's not and never have been into rock music, but at the same time he states that pink floyd are one of his favorite bands... he loves the aphex twin though...

i don't trust him...

anyway, here's my favorite sad radiohead song:

house of cards is one of my absolute favs yeah... that whole album is just amazing. when it came out i was about 15/16 and liked it a bit but only really started to get it a couple of years ago. i think i was more into music that /rocked out/ back then but i've mellowed out a little i guess.

suuuuuch a good album. agreed that it took a while to really settle in.

I think I've listened to it more than any other album.

I saw them on this tour - as a bonus they did an encore with a shitload of old songs I wanted to hear live including songs off Amnesiac. It was my wive's 2nd time seeing them and they played a bunch of stuff they skipped during their Hail To The Thief tour.

Also during "National Anthem" they sampled a local car dealership ad (Houston, TX) at the end of the song, it was funny hearing "0 % DOWN SUNDAY SUNDAY" through delay and reverb.
