Listened to this w/out watching the video. Not bad. Not great either. Reminds me of some 90s alt rock songs that used similar spoken word intros or interludes (nada surf - popular / drop nineteens kick the tragedy)

I dunno, in general I've not had a reason to dislike Miley, I actually kind of like her, I'm a bit dismayed that she gets so much shit and disdain while many of her peers are acclaimed or apologized for critically.
