Once a month my 6 year old son takes me out on a dinner date. He opens doors for me, pulls out my chair, talks about his day & asks me how mine was, pays the bill with money he earned by doing chores, and even tips the waiter/waitress. By doing this I am teaching him how to treat a lady & how to take her on a proper date. How to show that he respects the woman he loves (right now that would be mommy). We put our phone and iPad away (except to take this photo) and sit and talk to each other about our days, things we want to do, etc. I'm teaching him proper table manners and that it's rude to sit on your phone on a date with your mom or with anyone else. He learns the value of money and how to manage it. He learns how to do math as we add up what we want and make sure we have 15% of it to leave for a tip. Yes he is young but I believe this is something he should learn now. It's never too early to teach your child how to properly respect others, especially women. As a woman who has been abused & treated like crap in the past, it's extremely important to me that I teach my son how to show respect. Too many men these days have no idea how to treat women or how to take them on a nice date. It's nice to know my son won't be one of them. ❤

I already have and it got locked lol I provided numerous sources. Anyway this thread isn't about any agenda it's about the topic of the article which I linked, adding in one sentence doesn't remove the (barely existent) meaning of the thread

The climate is difficult right now to discuss these things, after much thinking i have decided to drop this subject off my mind cause its probably just another fabricated war to divide the nation and just make everyone more angry at each other.

The issue is that the current mainstream viewpoint is "Women are oppressed everywhere in the world and are disadvantaged in every single way and men have tons of privileges and women have no privileges" which is demonstrably incorrect. But this insidious viewpoint results in crowds of people attacking anyone who even slightly suggests suggests otherwise or even asks questions that might have answers which say otherwise.

"Why doesn't anybody care about the workplace death gap" and "Why do feminists rely on misinterpreted statistics to make their point" are questions which, if asked, results in you being lambasted for literally years on end just for asking a question

Oh another issue is that people love to internalize a false sense of intelligence based on their acceptance of these quasi-progressive political viewpoints (ideologies). So when these viewpoints are questioned, the basis of the intellectual aspect of their ego has its scaffolding removed from underneath it and they freak out and refuse to engage in rational discussions

This issue in particular is even worse since men feel they will lose out on sex for two reasons:

-If they say anything which can even remotely be misconstrued as anti-women

-If they portray themselves as not traditionally masculine, by discussing issues men exclusively face (ones which could put a dent in the credibility of the feminist patriarchy narrative) rather than stoically ignoring them

So since few people (men in particular) speak out, the dogmatic acceptance of feminist viewpoints tends to go unchallenged, allowing them (and the talking points used to bolster them) to spread further despite many of the viewpoints being questionable at best, and others being completely statistically inaccurate.

Fuck, Zeff. Give it a rest already.

Oh and yet another issue is that the liberal arts departments of colleges (specifically the gender studies departments) tend to not exactly be filled with critically thinking, statistically knowledgeable people. That's why they went into the humanities. So even within their own departments there's a lack of intellectual rigor.

Sexual assault of young boys by women is not viewed as seriously as rape perpetrated by men by mainstream media, and often the women don't even go to jail. There have been some cases where the rapist (woman) was allowed to go to jail on the weekends and go home during the middle of the week to take care of her kids. Women get massively shorter sentences for the same crime in this area. Men never get leniency and are raped in prison if people find out they raped young girls.
