andihow
does anyone on here use the mutant koto vst for plucked sounds? http://dsp.trilete.net/?pid=projects&pc=Mutant+Koto it does this weird thing where the further along the timeline of the daw i get, the more the sound of the plugin and anything else with it disintegrates. it sounds awesome but i need help because i dont know whats causing it. does anyone else use this VST and have the same problems? Here is an audio example: http://picosong.com/8fqg/ the drums and the buggy synth are on two completely seperate tracks and aren't sidechained or anything btw. it sounds like a compressor or limiter at first but the only thing i have on there is a comb filter and i know thats not whats causing the issue. also tried changing sample rates in my DAW. fenton
are you sure there is no copy protection on any of your plugins (or host for that matter) some copy protection is a gradual lessening of quality Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide fenton's signature Hide all signatures Reveal hidden contents https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XkWwIShuoX4 Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/89920-mutant-koto-vst/#findComment-2416622 Share on other sites
Guest
sounds like the audio is clipping, not a first for the mutagene plugins, mostly fun but buggy vst's. Like his mwarped linear prediction filter, wise to put a limiter on on the track output :) .
