Anyone know anything about this?

Okay so I've tracked down a page which offers a very low-res video, still better than nothing (mirror here).

The track itself seems more of a medley than anything.

Tilapia plus extra bits.

I think the part at the beginning at least is autechre-made. It sounds familiar, like I've heard mutations of it in another of their track(s).
