very cool. kind of reminds me of a bill laswell/dj krush collaboration i've got lying around somewhere.

this makes me think of pulp fiction... man it's fucking great.... so clean and put together, much worth many listens.

when's you rap album coming out? seriously, i cant believe how many different styles you do, and do so well. btw loved your track on the exp dance comp.

quite a few moments in this track i really enjoyed. overall, i think its very good. and if your news is hard copy related, i'll definitely buy it.

im usually quite blown away with anything b. ellis related. especially your folk-ish material. but its all great. even the hip hop. mad props

What a trip that was. At times I was grooving as though to some old Fela Kuti, at times (as mentioned above), I felt like I was listening to some of the experimental Laswell stuff, and at other times it is like Bitches Brew sessions....jeebus man, nice work. Very interesting throughout and solidly executed.

thanks man! i'll have to check out laswell, as i've never heard it. as for fela kuti and bitches brew, THANKS! miles and feli are among my very favorite artists, and i take it as a huge compliment to be compared to either. and yes, this will be a physical release :)
