Soloman Tump
Glade: The Feature Documentary, via @Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gladedocumentary/glade-the-feature-documentary All of the early Glade Festivals in Aldermaston / Wasing were amazing. They truly changed my perception on what an electronic festival could be, and nothing else I've been too since has come close. 2005 and 2006 were blessed with stunning hot weather all weekend which made the hammering psy trance in the daytime bearable. 2007 was bibically bad weather that has been well documented in many places (a good time to dig this out) The years in Winchester were fun but they ultimately led to the festivals downfall through spiralling costs and the economic downturn. The "new" venue up in Kings Lynn was beautifully and was such a great return to form with the woods and beautiful countryside. A real shame they could not get the books to balance. All the cliches but I made many good friends through attending this festival. I experienced many "firsts" both musically and otherwise (lol) and I truly believe my life is better because of it. So yes, it gets my support and I hope it gets released.
