I know exactly what you mean....listening to Vibert recently....he let's things flavour for a while, allows the listener to enjoy the tasty bits before moving on...and most of his tracks have that circular feeling...also was listening to STL's At Disconnected Moments...he's excellent at letting it build...I guess that's techno for you...but theres no rush is there! Stephen if you like the tracks i'll send you the mp3s... Hugh Mughnus
I gave them a listen this morning, I quite like both of them! Question, sorry if I should already know. Is there a distinction between Bendish vs Killiniq? For some reason I have it in the back of my mind that Killiniq is you and someone else? You may have even told me this already lol, I have a memory like swiss cheese. These sound like they could have been on the Horror album. I quite like both tracks but enjoying the second track (Good is Ghost) a touch more, it settles into a groove a bit more. Great work as usual. bendish
Thats right. Killiniq is myself and another guy. I can't think of these on that album as they were made in such a different way. Cubase vs Renoise. Maybe that's narrow minded and I should listen to the similarity of sounds vs the gear. Groove. Okay. Got it.
