Review: This album, released last november, is totally amazing and beautiful. Engulfing and encapsulating, Deepchord's music has always been an idiosyncratic pulse in the dub techno halls of music, but with this release he has completely detached himself from any genre and has become a genre on his own. It's a beautiful innovation in a genre that is usually known for it's repetetive & stale output. It's amazing and hard to describe: loops, melodies, slush kicks and percussion. It's a total trip and wonderful wandering of the mind.

Well, this thread achieved its purpose I guess, I have now found this and all other recent deepchord releases on Slam and it seems to be very good...

Yeah sorry but this music has to be heard. Especially Utraviolet Music. Such a good album. Perfect Sunday music. It's like a mixture of BoC and Legowelt.

Seduction Of Silence is not Rod Modell/Deepchord. Intrusion is Stephen Hitchell.

Still, very nice. That Intrusion album is great.

Don't have to look beyond Deepchord, affiliates and Chain Reaction stuff for essential dub techno listening, imo.
