parametric exciter

it's a JS effect that essentially combines a parametric EQ and an exciter, because crossovers suck IMO. It has 'horizontal' asymmetry as well as the normal kind, illustrated in the image above as a lopsided EQ band (not a high/lowshelf though)

swapped with a new version, the weird warping/frequency response was because i stored the distorted version in y0 and was causing feedback essentially. now it just outputs distorted version to speaker
