Full Chamber Roulette

Sorry that I'm not more active in posting in YLC - no excuse really, some excellent stuff here every time I lurk - but nonetheless I want to share this almost-finished-but-just-not-there-yet song. I think it lacks a vocal or something, but I'm not sure anymore, gotta sleep it off.

This has a seriously kickass groove in the first minute or so, I feel like it loses momentum after that, though.

Very nice! Very well produced (and loud, haha!) and extremely catchy. I listened to this about an hour ago and a couple of minutes ago I could still remember parts of the melody.

It was actually my goal to make it catchy and not to complicate (since I tend to complicate shit for the sake of it) so I guess job well done :) the first version of the track was a bit shorter and there was no step-up on the second drop - it kind of just repeated the first drop. now there are additional melodies on top of it and the spectrum is filled a lot better.

Groovy pop flavored track , vocals would finish it off. Like that distorted kazoo'ish sound.

I thought very hard about adding vocals, but I came to this conclusion: I would have to get a very special vocalist to not turn this song into a pop cringe-fest or rather into a bland mainstream song, but I really didn't have any knowledge of whereabouts of special vocalists in my region. I myself suck at singing.
