Bleep have had this on vinyl since April but it's pretty pricey at £26.99

The label that issued it have also now made it available on CD. It includes all the extras on the vinyl.

there are a lot of live orb shows that use the beginning of dark star as a sample

MBM sampled the hell out of it as well.

Y'all gotta check out the 12 pages in Sound On Sound this month with pics of Carpenter's studio set up through the 70's & 80's. I flicked through it in a mag at the newsagent. Great article.
