We're Dropping The Blogs - Is That OK?

So, in short the whole Blogs thing didn't take off, so there's no reason to have it as part of the site anymore - Blogs were something that EKT Plus subscribers have as an added feature, and a few of you utilize them, but they honestly don't get the traffic to make them worth keeping.

In the upcoming software upgrade, the Blogs will be something we'll remove, so if you have a blog and used it for storing anything useful, you have probably a month or so (probably longer) to save whatever and then we'll pull the plug on them prior to the upgrade.

Anyone disagree?

The blogs on here are my only reason for living.

As an EKT+'er I never bothered with them. So the move makes sense to me.

i thought blogs was referring to the status updates + comments, and thought "eh, im okay with this" .. but apparently blogs are a completely separate entity from status updates.

I wish more people had been interested (or, I guess, more people had made blogs interesting so that people would've been interested...) in the blogs, because I thought it'd be an interesting version of what already happens on WATMM. Alas no one touches the damned things as they are. Maybe if there'd been a blog section pushed more to the forefront? But you can't force the will of the people, if we're considering WATMMers people
