Good free drum rompler with notes off,suggestions please

So if i had any money i would buy battery 4 obviously but im broke.

So i need your help guys.

I need a good vst free or VERY cheap rompler drum kit drum machine that can load wav( and mp3 if possible,but i can do without mp3.)

FX is a bonus but not really needed

most important is it has to have a note off feature,when midi note is released sound must stop.

If this feature have a switch on/off,it would be even better.(like on microtonic for example the stop voices on midi off switch)

all good, all usable in production..only lack the fancy pad interface. onesmallclue also got the Poise drum sampler, but that will cost ya (50$)

The problem with drums in Shortcircuit is that you can't set the attack to 0 on the volume. It's a damn shame, really, 'cause it's one of the dopest samplers ever made, especially the crazy shit you can do with the effects + temposync.
