Five Step Path
So I've been in a motorcycle accident recently, and something just compelled me to start cranking out loads of tracks, 1 a day to be exact. These are programmed entirely on physical hardware ei sequencers, drum machines, and synthesizers. Here are 5 that I've done this week: https://soundcloud.com/five-step-path/five-step-path-buoyant-impression-1 https://soundcloud.com/five-step-path/five-step-path-let-me-your-lungs https://soundcloud.com/five-step-path/five-step-path-in-the-passing Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Five Step Path's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/91099-hardware-acid-daily/ Share on other sites

lala
The first 1:30 & last bit of cards 2 is totally up my street. Is that available to buy or get in flac/wav? I would totally love to play that out. I might cut out the weird bit in the middle, is that ok Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide lala's signature Hide all signatures Beethoven, ages ago, said: To play a wrong note is insignificant. Five Step Path
Thanks guys! Definitely planning on releasing all these as an album, thought i'd document all the tracks and retakes to the public as I go. Here's a new one, just re-up'ed as a 2nd take a minute ago. https://soundcloud.com/five-step-path/five-step-path-woof-pap-woof Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Five Step Path's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/91099-hardware-acid-daily/#findComment-2468767 Share on other sites
Squee
I really like the beginning. It's nice and wonky, but I'm not quite sure about the dissonant chord that fades in around 0:34. It's a bit too dissonant for my taste ;) Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/91099-hardware-acid-daily/#findComment-2469147 Share on other sites

Five Step Path
So much for 'daily acid'. I've been busy wrapping up another album that's due in a few weeks. Here's another one though. Take 1. Kag Matter. https://soundcloud.com/five-step-path/kag-matter Edited September 13, 2016 by Five Step Path Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide Five Step Path's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/91099-hardware-acid-daily/#findComment-2480545 Share on other sites

Yosholok
Hardware all the way ... What you using? Like FSP^ - that beat kicks. Con crit for what it's worth ... sound is too echoy in a kind of flat/hollow kind of way - Rest of tracks doesn't have this so poss intentional? Recorded differently? Like In The Passing best I think, all bent and crunchy with shades of 8bit RPG melodics.
