Hi everyone, I was recently asked to join the Caoutchou team and figured I had to make some promotion on this board. I was told by a moderator that there was no problem with this because my post count was high enough and I'm a semi-regular in chat/plug, haha. Note: I had little to nothing to do with everything the label's achieved thus far, but I will post updates in this topic if that's allowed!

NOTEWORTHY: one of the more recent heavily discussed releases on this forum is one of ours, namely Rolando Simmons - Magic Crystal (and the accompanying remix album).

We've got all kinds of bleep bloop IDM skippety hip hop skwee braindance sorts of stuff on our Bandcamp and we're very eager to release more in the future. In fact, we've got a big one cooking as we speak.

We are also very sad to say that Batfinks has passed   He released on Caoutchou in 2014 (still one of my favourite albums) and we already had another (brilliant!!!) one coming up in March. More info soon, we plan to release it as a tribute to his musical genius.

Definitely, we have uploaded a teaser with snippets of all the tracks. The album sounds nothing like the previous one imho; only some similarity in terms of production style.
