Everyone has cool weird stuff near them that you can't find anywhere else.

yea tbh I don't get what it is that annoys you about putting airquotes around the word art.

I mean there is pretty hilarious art, especially on roundabouts.

I really dont want to derail a perfectly fine thread with my autismo pet peeves I'd contribute something but I cant think of any unique oddities near my town atm (pretty sure there arent any)

Camberwell Submarine.   Municipal Brutalism in the middle of the road between a couple of postwar housing estates.  Subject to lots of rumours over the years, but actually the entrance and vent to a massive underground heating plant serving the housing estates.  

It's so edgy and cool to put art in quotes.

I can see this outside my window now. I have no idea what it is. The yard seems to be closed off so I can't take a closer look, but there are something like fake miniature mountains around the building and there are Mongolian spirit banners on the top.

Harrow on the Hill, St.Mary's church and surrounding graveyard is one of the highest points in London and has been here since 1094.
