everyone on that That Other Site™ website said that it leaked, so i downloaded a track called launching big face from soulseek. it sucks bad. I found that it really annoying to listen to. please tell me if its not a leak cos i dont want those tracks to be real. whoever made them should be ashamed.

actually i listened to another track called super positions and its ok, its slightly hectic like 'silversum' and 'buns'

i dont really like plaid. theyre ok live but they have a toyish vibe that i dont really dig on, brova.

i really like them, like all the best electronic music artists, they have a unique style. i fink that there music sounds really good quality, its really electronicy and wickedy

don't let super positions fool you, the rest of the album is more in the vein of the launching of big face (ie every element of the track can best be described as 'weak', there aren't that many elements to the track to begin with, unlistenablility, etc).

the album is good, definitely listenable, but it's best when accompanied by the film counterpart. still working on converting the dvd to avi :x

p.s. the launching of big face is sick with it! the video's nice, an alex rutherfordy/gantz graf sort of visual counterpart, but less sterile and more oscilloscopey, totally sick. totally.

wait, it's done. but it's 1.2 gb. any help, guys? upload site with 1gb+ capabilities?

overall i love it, quite a lot. much less obvious digital graphics and vector based stuff than i'd thought, thankfully. bob manages to use source footage in INCREDIBLY interesting ways. trust, a few sort of lagging ones, but overall really fucking good.

hmmm some of this could be good with those visuals, but yeah the music alone I still think is really boring, the synth sounds in particular I've decided I just can't stand and the music as a whole seems pretty fuckin sparse, but yeah I'll give that video a watch. It would be cool if it was on netflix, I'd totally netflix this.

edit: oh yeah I wouldn't reccomend putting the file up on anywhere like http://www.box.net/ or something and putting the link up here, that's generally frowned upon.

well yousendit.com is 2gb I think. tho i've always had trouble getting big files from that site.

I dunno a torrent would probably be the best way to disperse such a large file, even though you shouldnt because piracy is wrong.

eh, i didn't rip it correctly, it's supposed to be 4:3 but doesn't automatically resize to that aspect. i'll get a better rip and torrent it up tomrorow, if i feel especially unamerican
