Bonding Tapes has teamed up with Silent Records on the Re-Issue of the ambient classic Drift. by Arthur Dent and Deeper Than Space. Originally released on CD in 1995, Drift. is a collection of rumbling processed droning electronics and slow moving dronescapes which can implicitly be connected to concepts developed by the Deleuzian’s philosophical perspectivism. Drift. is now available for the first time on limited edition cassette.

$12 for a digital album is pretty steep, same price as cassette.

Rubin, The Digital is being handled by Silent Records. I'm only selling the tapes. But bandcamp doesn't have an enable download option for the whole release.

Bonding Tapes is only handling the cassettes.

This is a joint release with Silent Records and Bonding Tapes. Bandcamp does not allow disabling digital downloads for people who have signed on to bandcamp within the last couple years. Pre-2014 bandcampers still can though.

Yeah I've heard this confusion before, I guess their direction for labels is somewhat murky.

This is a real burner, perfect tape to throw on if you want to lay back and take a journey. I tend to really dig the sound of bass / low tone ambient / drone on cassette.
