I think he wanted something as hard hitting as possible, to show the extreme style the label could also perfectly fit into its catalog.

 mike missed the opportunity to troll phx there. Whilst they were in the forest he should have found some flowers adjacent to a tree to lie down in for the photoshoot. Of course it looks a bit cold and wet which probably sabotaged it.
