Kinda/Sorta - It's Jon Ronson's fictional take on his real-life working with Chris Sievey (Frank Sidebottom) but mutated into a Captain Beefheart-esque fantasy and transported to America

 

Great little film, proper silly and tonally shoots around like a pinball machine (much like Frank)
