LFO Vocal Sample - "Love Is The Message"? Any ideas who this is?

Wonder if anybody has any idea where the vocal sample on LFO's "Love Is The Message" comes from? It's not the MFSB track. Can't find the track ID anywhere.

are u sure its a sample & not an actual original vocal recording?

the only other track close in terms of time and title is "Ani - Love is the Message", but thats deeper garage territory

maybe try DJHistory if its still going, they used to be top @ this kinda spotting

Listen @ 5:22  but it's probably the Vocal Dub Version or the Instrumental Dub Version (for the clean sample).

got used on that Haywire - Let Me Be Your Fantasy tune same year aswell.

In fact the writing the writing credit on that version is Gamble and Huff so it all goes back to the MFSB Philadelphia International version in the end. There must be other versions with the same vocal. So in fact it does go back to MFSB after all!
