Well I mean, come on. I think it's cool that there is a forum for people to talk about Boards Of Canada's music but some of the topics on here are ridiculous. I love a few BOC releases and even got into the whole Geogaddi secret messages thing when it first came out, but the amount of speculation that goes on here lately honestly makes me kind of embarrassed to like BOC. There's a difference between enjoying music and analyzing it.

Anyways, sure, I hope this gig is real. But it's ridiculous to me that they just don't announce a gig if they're going to have one, and that some people will probably drive hours whether there is a gig or not. It's a moot point for people outside the UK anyways, which is a large percentage of the board. I seriously hope nobody is flying out on the off chance there is a show.

yeh i get u. i looked at the twoism site. they are really excited and i think that most of them are american. they want to fly over and i kind of wish they do and realize its all bullshit. its worth going just to laugh at em.

it would be funny if someone went up there and light a bonfire, stayed in the dark and played really shit music on a keyboard. Or u could really fuck them up with devil masks and stuff. im the sort of person who would really fukin enjoy doin that.

If it turns out to be fake, everyone that shows up should just have a party anyways, wouldn't be hard to organize.
